YOGA BY THE SEASIDE:
We believe gathering together by the seaside with our amazing yoga community, we create something magic together in nature. We offer an excellent detailed introduction to Hatha Yoga for beginners and also the chance to dive deep into more advanced practice. Yoga is for everyone, so you don't need to have any prior experience and we welcome complete beginners.
Experience revitalising Hatha Yoga sequences to give you all the energy and focus you need for the day. Our yoga instructors will help develop muscular strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and breathing. They will help bring balance to your body and mind during the morning practice, so that we build our bodies to be light and strong for the day. The mental benefits of yoga include an increased sense of focus and awareness to the human form and body.
At the conclusion of the yoga class, its just a short walk to a beautiful seaside cafe where we will savour a nice brunch together. It's a great time to meet and chat to your fellow yogis. Included is tea or coffee, a fresh fruit platter, juice of the day and avocado on toast . Gluten free options available on request.
- To bring your own yoga mat or book one from us in advance at the additional cost of €5.
- Thin warm layers and socks depending on the season and current weather! As the class is directly by the seaside, the sea breeze can get chilly at times in the mornings.
- Bring some water.
WHAT IF ITS RAINING OR BAD WEATHER ?:
If it's raining, we're not going to practice! Your class & brunch will be credited for any future date. We will email you if the class is cancelled.
The pier at Praia da Rata is easily accessed from both Monte Estoril train station in approximately 5 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of walking from the Cascais train station/centre.
