A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hollie's creative style of teaching is inspired by an eclectic range of mentors and a desire to understand how the body heals, revives and aligns itself. Initially transfixed by yoga's ability to heal. Hollie has studied, taught and practiced for a decade. A belief in a supreme level of self care inspired by the practice of yoga, fuelled a desire to train in ashtanga vinyasa and tantric buddhism. Her sequencing is fun and surprising, whilst continuously encouraging students to pay respect to integral alignment and work at their own pace
I lead fun Hatha flow classes that will help develop muscular strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and breathing, bringing balance to your body and mind during your morning practice by the sea. An experience that is deeply heart-opening and presents an opportunity to begin again.
