SUP YOGA CASCAIS:

SUP yoga is best practiced on calm bodies of water like that of Cascais bay area. SUP yoga has become a trending water sport for yogis and for those who already enjoy paddle boarding. In fact, many yogis are improving their yoga skills tremendously by practicing SUP yoga because it requires more strength, balance and focus.

CLASS:

Sup Yoga is a fun way to rejuvenate body & mind. Anchored on our yoga dock you can experiment how it feels to practise Asanas on the board, challenging your balance at the same time. Breath, stretch and relax your mind surrounded by nature. This is a fun experience for people with or without any yoga/ paddle experience.

 

DON'T FORGET:

- Strong water resistant sunscreen (no one likes sunburn)

- Swimming wear, towel and hat if you prefer

- Bring some water

WHAT IF BAD SEA OR WIND CONDITIONS PERSIST ?:

If it's very windy and/or too many waves in the bay, we're going to cancel the class! Your class will be credited for any future date. We will email you if the class is cancelled.

 

OUR TIPS:

The Praia da Duquesa beach is at the beginning of the Cascais promenade, just 5 minutes walk from the centre or main train station.

SCHEDULE:
We will all meet directly on the beach of Praia da Duquesa on the beautiful seaside promenade of Cascais. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time of 10:30 Am on Monday & 11:30 Am on Thursday. The class runs for 1hr .
